Zach has over 20 years of experience in the financial markets, including the last 4 years managing private clients’ investment portfolios. Prior to 2013, Zach was a derivatives trader and portfolio manager, overseeing complex derivatives portfolios. Zach has been a member of the Chicago Board Options Exchange, Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Chicago Board of Trade, London International Financial Futures Exchange, and EUREX Bourse. Zach’s specialization is in portfolio risk management and he utilizes a quantitative approach to investment portfolio design. He enjoys the challenge of bringing complex solutions to the lay investor and making them easy to understand.
Zach is originally from Des Moines, Iowa and has returned home after spending 17 years living and working in Chicago and London. He is married to the most wonderful and understanding woman in the world, Annabelle. They share the pleasure of raising three terrific boys: Nicholas, James, and Thomas.
